Today’s reality for tissue viability services is challenging. There is a shortage of skilled clinicians globally, and the UK is no different. Most areas of the UK have significant staff vacancies – at a time when there are longer waiting lists and a backlog to clear as a result of COVID. This all adds up to an almost impossible challenge for service providers.
Pioneer can clear your waiting list in ambulatory care or support your service in pressure ulcer prevention . We do this by working in partnership with you and your colleagues , to provide expert clinical support, detailed care plans and provide ongoing advice promoting wound healing and the prevention of tissue damage in your patients. . We deliver all of this via telehealth, through your own clinical teams, working to your wound formulary and policies within your Clinical Governance structure
The Pioneer solution is simple, defined and gets results. Our clinical leaders and trainers are all experts in wound healing, lymphoedema and pressure ulcer prevention . They bring more than 150 years of combined experience. Our care pathways are evidence-based and driven by data. We publish our outcomes and believe we have some of the best healing rates in the UK.
Our Range of Services- all provided using our telehealth platform
